The indigo dye service is here to help give your clothes a fresh new look.
THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE DYEING YOUR ITEM:
Your product must be made from natural plant fibres (cotton, linen, etc)
We cannot accept leather, silk or wool
Only new shoes are accepted, if they contain leather it must not be waterproof or tanned, if contains suede please bear in mind that suede once wet will damage.
The colour of the rubber part will fade with time.
Vintage fabrics may tear.
Although stains may become less noticeable, depending on type of stain they may become more noticeable.
When dyeing fabric, there is a limit to the size, so we may have to cut it. Please bring crimped items to prevent the edges from fraying (a separate sewing machine fee will be charged if fabric doesn’t have sewed edges)
Delivery time: please take into consideration I am just one person, so depending on the schedule it could take 2 weeks or up to 2 months. But will be in contact with you with updates and details.
There is a possibility of shrinkage or deformation due to expansion and contraction of fabric due to using hot water and various dye baths.
Depending on thickness of material, it may be difficult to apply dye.
Once you have filled out the form we will get in contact with you within 3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). We will send you an email with the estimated cost and send you instructions on mailing your product to us. After receiving your item, we will check its conditions and send you the final price and invoice. You can choose between bank transfer and PayPal as the payment method (we do not accept cashapp or venmo). Once payment is confirmed, we will dye the item and send you updates.
SHIPPING
Shipping will be added on top of your indigo dye service bill. If you choose MexPost please bare in mind it will take approx 3-4 weeks to arrive (cost $200 mxn pesos). If you choose DHL/FEDEX/UPS we will generate an estimate and let you know how much the cost of shipping will be.
