Between January 1984 and March 1985, he spent 15 months in eight different war zones in various parts of the world. Through the lens of his camera he recorded the ravages of war in Lebanon, Nicaragua, Eritrea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, El Salvador and Mozambique.”
